We all have our own idea of a perfect day. Mine begins with a fresh morning, carries on into the creamy calm of the afternoon and ends with a warm evening. Creamy Matcha is that day turned into a fragrance. It's an extrait de parfum by the Slovak brand byRoman with a note of matcha, in a 50 ml bottle and as a 2.5 ml sample, and we ship it to Slovakia, Czechia and Poland.

Shipping, payment, returns and the sample in brief. If you don't find your answer here, write to us at info@byroman.sk.
We send orders with Packeta to Slovakia, Czechia and Poland: to a pickup point, to a locker or by courier to your address, depending on what is available in your country. In Slovakia, shipping is free on orders of EUR 50 or more. You'll see the shipping price for your country and the delivery method you choose at checkout, before you place the order.
We usually ship items in stock within 24 hours on working days after payment. If we're ever on vacation or take another break from shipping, you'll see it in the online store before you order.
You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by the Stripe payment service; we never see your full card number. Prices are in euros; if the store also offers Czech koruna or Polish złoty, you can switch the currency in the page header, and at checkout you'll see the amount you'll pay in it.
Yes, Creamy Matcha also comes as a 2.5 ml sample. After payment, we'll email you a code that takes the price of the sample off a 50 ml bottle if you buy one within 30 days.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, even if the product has been opened. Fill in the Withdrawal from contract form: you find your order, choose the items and get a confirmation by email right away, including where to send the goods. Send the goods within 14 days of withdrawing; you pay the return postage. We'll refund you by the same payment method and in the same currency the order was paid with. If you use more of the perfume than you need to try the scent, we may claim reasonable compensation for its diminished value.
If an item is defective, make a complaint through the online complaint form or by email to info@byroman.sk. Include the order number, a description of the defect and how you'd like it resolved; a photo or video speeds up the assessment. We'll confirm receipt by email and resolve your complaint within 30 days. We are liable for defects that appear within two years of delivery.
Away from direct sunlight and heat, ideally at room temperature. That way the fragrance keeps its character.
Extrait de parfum is the highest perfume concentration you can buy. Creamy Matcha is an extrait de parfum with a perfume oil concentration of around 30%.
